Abstract
Literature of  the sciences diplomacy is based on few works and occasionally translations. thus it is very difficult to write a compilation paper on its legal dimensions. On the other hand, the scope of international law is so wide-ranging that it is difficult to imagine a point at the end. On the one hand, the realm of international law is so wide-ranging that it is difficult to imagine a termination for it. And also the exchange of thought and science between human beings is an essential condition of social life. On the other hand, the diplomacy of science as a scientific discipline in other countries has not much background. If we divide this collection into two categories, the theoretical and substantive debates of the first category and the scientific and objective subjects are the second category. During the research on the compilation of the topics of this paper, it became clear that despite the emergence and numerous challenges of science diplomacy, this issue was not so much considered by the national legislature (in countries), and therefore, with the exception of the theoretical debates on the relation of diplomacy of science with the state's philosophy of existence or the relation between law and diplomacy of science, the only existing standards in this field are rules and regulations that derive from international obligations of governments and are classified into three well-known legal categories, namely, the rights of communication (freedom of information), the United Nations Charter and human rights Reflected.
